| We seize on the opportunity to stress on these values |
|
Every situation is good to instil values. If a student has made an effort in a certain moment and we highlight it, we are educating in values, as well as when someone keep his clothes tidy in the changing room, or greets his mate for a good performance, or lends him his ball to practise. There are thousands of situations in a day where Marcet Foundation can educate in values. We know that our job goes beyond simple individual technique training.
|
Positive motivation |
Marcet Plan students are always very excited to learn and find that their teachers are constantly stimulating their work. We know how effective learning is when the student is motivated. |
| Value Program |
|
Our pedagogic department has developed a Value Formation Plan adapted to all ages and programs. In this way, teachers know exactly when and how they must instil them during each program.
|
| Value evaluation is as rigorous as the technique evaluation |
Attitude and value formation evaluation is, too, an important part in our final report. |
| Some of the values we transmit |
Companionship, effort, order, generosity, friendship, discipline, material care, optimism, obedience, respect to the others, hygiene, health, responsibility, laboriousness, etc.
We collaborate with parents in the integral formation of the player. We are aware that parents’ and teacher’s coordinated work is much more effective and the results are evident in a short time.
