| Progress at their own pace |
The Marcet Plan structures its education by its contents and by the technical level of each player. We establish homogenous groups that allow every student to progress at his own pace, and we offer them to do their best in the range of their own capacities
| Personalized learning |
We work with reduced groups, wich allow the teachers to focus directly on each player, detect their lacks and help them to correct them.
| Contents in depth |
Marcet plan works content after content, going deeper in each one until the player gets to control them all. In this way, the student goes step by step and ends up having maximum control of all the soccer individual techniques
| Analytical method and global method |
Through our experience teaching technique we have proved that the best thing is to start the learning process with an analytical method, wich shows a complex technical ability in great detail, until reaching the global method, wich allows the player to see how those technical abilities can be applied in real life.
| Our goal: to be able to apply the techniques we teach in the competitions |
In our learning process we always leave space and time for students to apply all the techniques they have learnt during the exercises on a real playing situation. It is really motivating for the player to discover that he is able to do that. |
| Theoretical basis |
Students must know why and for what they perform in a certain way while playing a game, that's why for us it is very important to put a basis in everything we work on the field. This motivates them and helps them to have a consistent learning. Moreover, we have proved that players learn faster in the field when there has been a previous theoretical basis. |
| We use the most advanced technical methods |
We use biomechanical analysis as a method to perfect the technical moves. Players can watch their own perfomances, so they can clearly see wich are they mistakes and what do they have to improve. |
| The secret: a good planning |
We never improvise. Every single session is programmed and deeply worked at our pedagogic and technical department, wich plans the teaching according to the different levels and ages.
Constant evaluation
| First of all, the student start his work on progress with a technical scanning that describes perfectly his level at that moment. Any content given has its final evaluation. In this way, the player knows all time which are his lacks, the things that he is doing well and those he has to improve. |
